Passiflorart takes the protection of your data seriously. This policy describes how it is collected, used and protected, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) and French Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978.

Data collected
The contact form collects only the information you choose to provide: name, email address, telephone number, type of event, intended date, number of guests, accommodation needs and a free-text message.
No account is created, no advertising profile is built, and no sensitive data is requested.
Audience and performance measurement. The site counts visits in order to know which pages are consulted, and measures its loading speed as you actually experience it. This measurement works without cookies and without any persistent identifier: what is recorded is the timestamp, the page viewed, the referring page, the region, the operating system and the device type. Nothing is linked to your IP address, and no tracking from one site to another is possible.
Purposes
This data is used solely to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare a quotation. It is never sold, rented, or passed to third parties for advertising purposes.
Legal bases
Processing is based on your consent, given by voluntarily submitting the form, and on the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request where your message concerns a booking. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
Retention period
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them, then for three years from the last contact, in line with CNIL recommendations. After that period they are deleted.
Recipients and processors
Your data is intended for Passiflorart. It passes through the technical providers strictly necessary for the site to work, which act as processors and make no other use of it:
- Web3Forms, which delivers form messages to the Passiflorart mailbox.
- Vercel Inc., which hosts the site and measures its audience.
- Google, for the map shown on the Contact page and for the site's typefaces.
Transfers outside the European Union
Vercel Inc. and Google are established in the United States, and Web3Forms hosts its service outside the European Union. Your data may therefore be transferred outside the Union. Such transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, in particular the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, object to, and port the data concerning you. To exercise these rights, write to marcleroi66@gmail.com. You will receive a reply within one month of your request being received.

Cookies
The audience measurement described above works without cookies. This site therefore uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Only technical cookies, necessary for the site to work and to remember that you have acknowledged the information banner, are stored on your device.
The map on the Contact page, provided by Google Maps, may set its own cookies when consulted. These are governed by Google's privacy policy.
Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS, which encrypts exchanges between your browser and our servers. Form data is neither stored nor displayed on the site: it is delivered straight to a mailbox.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be amended to reflect changes to the site or to the applicable regulations. The version that applies is the one published on the date you consult it.
